This kanji 串くし kushi skewer indicates that this restaurant specialises in BBQ-style cooking, like 焼き鳥 やきとり yakitori and an adjusted type of 天ぷら てんぷら tenpura.
The name of the restaurant in kanji is not altogether clear as to how to pronounce it and what the meaning is. Please, ask the owner. Mind you, he must have known that too, so he added the alphabet. In any case, he skewers everything.

This is a Korean food stall on the market. The offer of snakes, centipedes, sea stars and spiders is just a bit too much out there for us, but not to worry, people seem to like the taste. We did go to an Okinawan-style restaurant in Tokyo once and there they had snake on the menu. People seemed to enjoy the menu, although we were just too squeamish.
